What fees are associated with Mondu?

The associated fee for using the Mondu service is based on the total order value, this is then split across the chosen instalment method and added to each payment.

How do I know when my payment is due?

As soon as Mondu receive an invoice from the merchant (us), they will then send you an email with further information about the instalments plan and payment process. 

How long do I have to pay my invoice?

Instalment payments are offered over three and six months. The payments occur monthly for the period you selected at the time of purchase. 

How and when will I receive an invoice?

We will send you an invoice with payment details as a PDF once the order has been shipped. Mondu will also send you an email with all the payment information. 

What if I miss the due date?

Mondu will keep you informed about your payment schedule and status. We'd advise you pay close attention to this in order to avoid additional fees. 

Can I pay my invoice before the due date?

Yes, of course. You can pay the invoice at any time within the dates of the agreement. You will receive confirmation as soon as a payment is received (this is usually 1-3 working days). 

Who do I contact if I have questions about delivery?

Us, as the supplier you will need to speak with us about product information and delivery.
